Wrifi Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms govern your use of Wrifi’s services for software, web, mobile, and digital solutions. By working with us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please contact us before engaging our services.

Services

Wrifi provides custom software development, web design, mobile app development, digital marketing, AI integrations, automation, cloud deployment, and support services. Service details, scope, deliverables, and project timelines are defined in the service agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, branding assets, and content.
  • Grant timely access to systems, hosting, APIs, and credentials needed for the project.
  • Participate in reviews, approvals, testing, and feedback cycles.
  • Maintain valid third-party subscriptions and licenses required for the solution.

Payments and Fees

Project fees, deposits, milestone payments, and ongoing support fees are specified in the agreement. Invoices are due within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.

Change Requests

Changes to the agreed scope may require additional time and fees. Wrifi will provide a written estimate before proceeding with any additional work.

Intellectual Property

Custom code and deliverables are typically transferred to the client upon final payment. Wrifi retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, and reusable components incorporated into the solution.

Confidentiality

Wrifi will keep confidential information secure and will not disclose it except as needed to provide services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Wrifi is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration as agreed between the parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate services for cause, including material breach or non-payment. Clients remain responsible for work completed and fees due through the termination date.
